"RESOLVED, That Report P.A. 09-14, regarding Draft Plan of Common Element Condominium Application (26CD-16-0901) by Losani Homes, Willowview Village, Livingston Avenue at Hemlock Way, be received, and that the application be approved subject to the conditions specified in Appendix "A" to the Report."

"RESOLVED, That the GEDAC Minutes of May 7, 2009, be received as information."

"RESOLVED, That the GHAC minutes of the meeting of April 27, 2009, be received as information. And to be noted that the Chair of the Planning Committee, Alderman DiFlavio, declared a conflict of interest and left the chamber."

"RESOLVED, That Report P.A. 09-13, regarding applications for Zoning Amendment and Draft Plan of Subdivision approval by Landmart Homes, Cherrywood Estates Subdivision be received and that: a) That the plan of subdivision be draft approved subject to the conditions in Appendix "A" to this report; and further that proposed Lot 58 be included, with Lots 28 and 58 and be subject to site plan control, and; b) That the zoning amendment application be approved as amended and that the draft by-law attached to the report as Appendix "B" be forwarded to Council for approval following the submission of a draft 3M plan that incorporates the recommended revisions together with a certified list of frontages and areas of all lots and blocks."

"RESOLVED, That Report P.A. 09-15, regarding application for zoning amendment by 1573263 Ontario Inc., 3 Slessor Boulevard, be received, and that the draft by-law attached to the report as Appendix "B" be forwarded to Council for approval subject to the owner providing the required parking for Part 2 to the satisfaction of the Planning Director".
