Resolved that Report TC-18-01 dated January 31, 2018 be received and that the Committee recommends to Council that Stephen Barker be appointed as a member on the JAAC.

Resolved that Report TC-18-02 dated January 30, 2018 be received and the Administration 2018 budget in the gross amount of $593,600 and a levy of $547,600 be approved for consideration in the overall budget.

Resolved that Report ITSI 18-01, 2018 Information Technology and Service Innovation Operating and Capital Budgets dated February 12, 2018 be received and that the gross amount of $977,720 be approved for consideration in the 2018 consolidated budget.

Resolved the Report TC-18-03 dated January 30, 2018 be received Page 3 of 7 Administration & Finance Committee February 12, 2018 and that Crossing Guard 2018 budget in the gross amount of $101,790 and a levy of $101,790 be approved for consideration in the overall budget.

Resolved that Report TC-18-04 dated January 30, 2018 be received and the 2018 Animal Control Budget in the gross amount of $94,460 and a levy of $58,460 be approved for consideration in the overall budget.

Resolved that Report TC-18-05 dated January 31, 2018 be received and the Records Management 2018 budget in the gross amount of $62,770 and a levy of $62,770 be approved for consideration in the overall budget.

Resolved that Report TC-18-06 dated January 31, 2018 be received and the Council 2018 budget in the gross amount of $241,440 and a levy of $241,440 be approved for consideration in the overall budget.

Page 4 of 7 Administration & Finance Committee February 12, 2018 Resolved that Report TC-18-07 dated February 8, 2018 be received and the 2018 Municipal Election Budget in the gross amount of $119,550 and a levy of $35,000 be approved for consideration in the overall budget.

Resolved that the Administration and Finance Committee recommends that Report TM-18-01 dated January 24, 2018 regarding Town Hall Office Renovations be received by Town Council and the Town Manager: • be authorized to proceed with the work as outlined in this report • be authorized to execute a contract with the successful general contractor, providing the contractor's tendered bid is within 10% of the budget for that component of the project ($60,000) or less

Resolved that Report FCR 18-01 dated February 6, 2018 with reference to the enhancement of the radio communication system infrastructure be received and that the Committee recommends that the Fire Chief be authorized to enter into an agreement with Talkwireless Inc. to update the fire department and public works radio system including equipment in the amount of $400,000 excluding taxes.

Resolved that Report FCR 18-02 dated February 8, 2018 with reference to the Grimsby Fire Department Operating Budget - 2018 in the gross amount of $3,117,930 and a tax levy of $2,767,800 be approved for consideration in the overall budget.

Resolved the Report FCR 18-03 dated February 6, 2018 be received and that the Grimsby Fire Department Capital Budget - 2018 in the gross amount of $1,034,050 and the tax levy of $0 be approved for consideration in the overall 2018 budget and that the 2019 to 2023 Capital Forecasts be received.

Resolved that Report FCR 18-04 dated February 6, 2018 be received and that the Municipal Emergency Preparedness Operating Budget - 2018 in the gross amount of $13,000 and a tax levy of $13,000 be approved for consideration in the overall 2018 budget.

Resolved that: 1. That Report FIN 18-05, 2018 Finance Department Budget be received; and 2. That the operating budget in the gross amount of $920,340 and a Page 6 of 7 Administration & Finance Committee February 12, 2018 levy of $859,340 be approved for consideration in the 2018 consolidated budget, and 3. That the capital budget in the gross amount of $42,000. and a levy of $0 be approved for consideration in the 2018 consolidated budget.

Resolved that: 1. That Report FIN 18-06, 2018 Corporate Budget be received; and 2. That the gross revenues of $1,317,440 and gross expenditures of $430,730 be approved for consideration in the 2018 consolidated budget.

Resolved that: 1. That Report FIN 18-07, 2018 Corporate Photocopy Budget be received; and 2. That the operating budget in the gross amount of $30,000. and a levy of $0. be approved for consideration in the 2018 consolidated budget.
