"RESOLVED, That Report DBE-08-4, regarding a New Swimming Pool By-law dated July 15, 2008, be received and that the draft by-law attached to the report as Appendix "A" be forwarded to Council for approval."

"RESOLVED, That Report P.A. 08-20, regarding an application for site plan approval by Losani Homes, Block 100 Gardenview Subdivision, be received and that the application be approved subject to the plans meeting the techinical requirements of the Town and Grimsby Power to the satisfaction of the Planning Director. Further, that the Mayor and Town Clerk be authorized to sign the agreement on the Town's behalf. Further that the units fronting onto Willow Lane be exempt from site plan control."
