"RESOLVED, That Report P.A. 10-28, dated November 9, 2010, regarding the Doors Open Grimsby Festival 2011 be received, and that; Recommendation H.A.-10-5 from the Minutes of the October 19, 2010, Heritage Advisory Committee Meeting be endorsed, and that a contribution of $847.50 from the 2011 budget be considered for the registration fee for Doors Open Ontario. Recommendation G.D.-10-01 from the Minutes of the October 7, 2010, Grimsby Economic Development Advisory Committee Meeting be endorsed, and that a contribution fee of $847.50 from the 2011 budget be considered for the registration fee for Doors Open Ontario."

"RESOLVED, That Report P.A. 10-27, regarding proposed revisions to the Niagara Gateway Estates plan of subdivision be received and that; i) The Town processes the modifications to the draft plan as a minor modification upon application for corresponding amendment to the zoning by-law which would include a public meeting as part of the review process."

"RESOLVED, That Report P.A. 10-29, and the follow up memo regarding an application to remove Part Lot Control for Blocks 27 and 28, Plan 30M 392, Westbrook Subdivision Phase II, be received, and that a By-law to lift Part Lot Control for Blocks 24 to 28 be forwarded to Council for approval following the applicant signing the agreement that amends the Subdivision Agreement. Further, that a By-law be passed authorizing the Mayor and Clerk to sign the Agreement on the Town's behalf."
