Resolved that Report P.A. 14-12 regarding an application to remove Part Lot Control for Block 1 in the Azure Subdivision, be received, and that: 1. A By-law to lift Part Lot Control be forwarded to Council for approval; 2. An Amendment to the Subdivision Agreement be hereby approved, and; 3. A By-law be passed authorizing the Mayor and Town Clerk to sign the amending agreement on the Town's behalf.
