Resolved that Report FIN 16-24 regarding the 2015 Capital Statement of Operations be received, and; Page 2 of 3 Administration & Finance Committee July 11, 2016 That all budget variances be transferred from their respective reserves.

Resolved that Report P.A. 16-26 titled Consultant Selection, Transit Investigation Study, dated July 12, 2016 be received, and; That the Dillon Consulting proposal dated July 8, 2016 in the amount of $49,963 plus the addition of the following supplemental component for the study: - Additional Staff Member for consultations $2,000 For a total of $51,963 plus HST be approved and that the funding for this be obtained from the Council budget contingency reserve, and; That a by-law be passed to authorize an Agreement between Dillon Consulting Limited and the Corporation of the Town of Grimsby for a Transit Investigation Study for the Town of Grimsby. Further, that the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to sign the agreement on the Town's behalf.
