"RESOLVED, That Report P.A. 11-43, regarding applications for zoning amendment and draft plan of vacant land condominium approval be received, and that: 1. The draft plan of condominium be approved, subject to the conditions attached to this report as Appendix "A", with the exception of Condition #6 which is to be amended by removing "a minimum of 4"; 2. That the draft zoning by-law amendment attached to the report as Appendix "B" be forwarded to Council for approval following the submission of a draft 30CD plan and surveyor's confirmation that all lots conform to the approved zoning."

"RESOLVED, That Report P.A. 11-44, regarding an application to remove Part Lot Control for Bravo By-the-Lake, in the On-the-Lake Estates Subdivision, be received, and that: 1. A By-law to lift Part Lot Control be forwarded to Council for approval following the registration of the Subdivision Plan; 2. That an Amendment to the Subdivision Agreement be approved; and 3. That a By-law be passed authorizing the Mayor and Town Clerk to sign the agreement on the Town's behalf."

"RESOLVED, That Report P.A. 11-48, regarding the recommendation that the Town of Grimsby enter into a Downtown Facade Improvement Grant Agreement with Grimsby Tavern Limited at 30 Main Street West, and that the execution of a Downtown Facade Improvement Grant Agreement be forwarded to Council for approval and that the Grant Agreement be signed by the applicant, Mayor and Town Clerk.

"RESOLVED, That Report P.A. 11-42, regarding the evaluation of Grimsby's 2011 Doors Open event be received and that a Trails Open Ontario event be held in 2012, to keep the momentum of the event going, with Doors Open Grimsby following thereafter in 2013; AND THAT, future Doors Open or Trails Open Grimsby events be held as a one day celebration on the corresponding weekend to the September 24th and 25th festival; AND THAT, the maximum number of participating sites be fifteen; Page 4 of 6 Planning & Development December 13, 2011 AND THAT further investigation into the costs associated with purchasing, maintaining and operating a trolley, including a licensed trolley driver, be investigated and the findings put forth in a report. AND THAT, a report be prepared about Trails Open Ontario and the Town of Grimsby's proposed involvement in the event."

"RESOLVED, That for reasons outlined in Planning Report P.A. 11-49, the Planning & Development Committee recommends to Council, that a new full time Junior Planner position within the Planning & Development Department be approved subject to consideration of budget allocation for salary and benefits in the 2012 Planning & Development Department budget by the Administration and Finance Committee."

RESOLVED, THAT The Planning & Development Committee retire to a closed session under Section 239(2)(e) litigation or potential litigation - OMB Appeals to Grimsby Official Plan.

"RESOLVED, THAT, the Planning & Development Committee return to Open Session."

"RESOLVED, That the Planning & Development Report P.A. 11-47, titled "OMB Appeals - Grimsby Official Plan" be received: AND THAT, the modifications to the Grimsby Official Plan outlined in Report P.A. 11-47, be endorsed."
