Resolved that Report FIN 16-30 regarding the 2017 Budget Guidelines be received; and Page 2 of 4 Administration & Finance Committee November 14, 2016 That the budget guidelines, budget schedule and procedures found in Schedules A and B be approved.

Resolved that Report FIN 16-31 dated November 9, 2016 with regard to Tax write-offs be received and that the total write-offs in the amount of $45,346.17 be approved.

Resolved that Council of the Town of Grimsby accept Report TC 16-17 for information.

Resolved that Council of the Town of Grimsby accept Report TC 16-18 for information.

Resolved that Report FCR 16-08 dated November 3, 2016 with reference to the purchase of a new Pump – Rescue & a new Tanker be received and that the Fire Chief be authorized to purchase a new 2017 Pump – Rescue $663,000 (excluding equipment) & a new 2017 Tanker for $352,655 (excluding equipment) from Dependable Emergency Vehicles of Brampton, Ontario.

Resolved that Report FCR 16-09 dated November 9, 2016 with reference to By-law to Adopt an Emergency Management Program and Emergency Management Plan be received and that the recommendations of this report be approved for implementation by the Fire Chief/Community Emergency Management Coordinator, and that By-law 16-81 be forwarded to Council for approval.

Resolved that the correspondence dated October 24, 2016 from Joe Panetta Chair of Grimsby Power Incorporated to James Detenbeck Chair of Niagara Power Incorporated with reference to the GPI Promissory Note with the Town of Grimsby be received.

Resolved that Committee meet in Closed Session under Sec. 239 (2)(b) personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees and Sec. 239 (2)(d) labour relations or employee negotiations • TM-16-05 Grimsby Museum

Resolved the Committee return to Open Session.
