Dunstall; Resolved that the Council meeting minutes of January 19, 2015 be approved.

Mullins; Resolved that the Grimsby Public Library Board minutes of December 10, 2014 be received.

Mullins; Resolved that the Recreation Services Committee meeting minutes of January 27, 2015 be approved.

Kadwell; Resolved that the Committee of Adjustment meeting minutes of February 3, 2015 be received and filed.

Kadwell; Resolved that the Administration & Finance Committee minutes of February 9, 2015 be approved.

Berry; Resolved that the Planning & Development Committee meeting minutes of February 10, 2015 be approved.

Seaborn; Resolved that the Public Works Committee meeting minutes of February 11, 2015 be approved.

Seaborn; Resolved that the Resolutions from Other Municipalities be received.

Mullins; Resolved that the following 2 Council members be appointed as Directors to the Grimsby Downtown Improvement Area (GDIA) for Council's Term of Office, 2014-2018: Joanne Johnston Michelle Seaborn

Whereas the Town of Grimsby is facing the challenges of an aging population; and Whereas the Town of Grimsby wishes to ensure that services and opportunities are provided to that aging population in a consistent and cost-effective manner; and Whereas the Town of Grimsby wishes to develop a plan to implement Age Friendly principles; Now therefore be it resolved that: The Town of Grimsby is committed to local age friendly planning and intends to develop a local age friendly action plan; and, Staff are directed to facilitate the formation of an Age Friendly Community Planning Committee; and, The Age Friendly Community Planning Committee be directed to report back to Council with a plan and options to implement Age Friendly principles for the Town of Grimsby; and, Further, that the Town of Grimsby endorses the application to the Age Friendly Planning Secretariat to establish an Age Friendly Planning Committee with the goal of examining Transportation options for the aging population and the entire community.

Wilson; Resolved that leave be given to introduce By-law Nos. 15-14 - 15- 18 inclusive and that the same be read a first time.

Seaborn; Resolved that leave be given to introduce By-law Nos. 15-14 - 15- 18 inclusive read a first time now be read a second and third time and finally passed; and that the Mayor and Town Clerk do sign and seal the same, any rule of Council to the contrary notwithstanding.
