Administration Finance Committee

Resolved that the Administration & Finance Committee recommends to Town Council: 1. That Report FIN 19-11 regarding the 2018 General Statement of Operations be received; and, 2. That the 2018 budget surplus of $115,456 be allocated to and from reserves as outlined in Table 1.

Resolved that the Administration & Finance Committee recommends to Town Council: 1. That Report FIN 19-12, Business Case - Financial Analyst be received; and, 2. That Council Resolution No. 19-177 requesting a business case be submitted to Council for new full-time positions be satisfied.

Resolved that the Department of Human Resources recommends to Administration & Finance Committee: 1. That Report HR 19-06, Business Case for Additional Human Resources Staffing be received; and, 2. That the Town of Grimsby Council Resolution No. 19-177 be satisfied.

Resolved that Report TC 19-14 dated June 10, 2019 with reference to the Council Expense Policy (DRAFT) be received; and, That the Council Expense Policy (DRAFT) be approved on an interim basis subject to review and recommendation by Administration & Finance Committee / Council on the proposed policy.

Resolved that Report TC 19-15 dated June 10, 2019 with reference to the Post Election Review be received.
