"THAT Report P.A. 10-04, regarding Planning Application Fees be received, and that the revised fee schedule attached as Appendix "A" be amended to reflect the actual costs (including wages, benefits, etc.) since 2006, less the increases that have been implemented, and a by-law be passed implementing the revised rates effective February 16, 2010."
