Resolved that the Council meeting minutes of November 20, 2017 be approved.

Resolved that the Recreation Services Committee meeting minutes of November 28, 2017 be received and that the recommendations contained therein be approved.

Resolved that the Council of the Town of Grimsby lift Public Works resolution PW17-63 from the November 22, 2017 Public Works Committee Meeting minutes for separate consideration.

Resolved that the Council of the Town of Grimsby defer resolution PW17-63 from the November 29, 2017 Public Works Committee meeting to the December 18, 2017 Council meeting.

Resolved that the approval of Report DPW17-48 dated November 22, 2017 regarding Town Hall Cogen Station-Turbines, Operations and Maintenance, be received and that Public Works Committee recommends to Council that the Director's recommendation contained herein be approved.

Resolved that the Committee of Adjustment meeting minutes of November 28, 2017 be received and filed.

Resolved that the Resolutions from Other Municipalities be received.

Resolved that leave be given to introduce By-law Nos. 17-92 and 17-93 and that the same be read a first time.

Resolved that Council meet in Closed Session under Section 239(2)(e) of the Municipal Act, litigation or potential litigation, including matters before administrative tribunals, affecting the municipality or local board • Outlet 27, CNR Storm sewer crossing, PWC17-02-320053

Resolved that the Public Works Committee meeting minutes of November 29, 2017 be received and that the recommendations contained therein be approved.

Resolved that leave be given to introduce By-law Nos. 17-92 and 17-93 read a first time be now read a second and third time and finally passed; and that the Mayor and Town Clerk do sign and seal the same; any rule of Council to the contract notwithstanding.
