Page 2 of 4 Administration & Finance Committee November 13, 2017 Resolved that the delegation of Dennis Kar, Dillon Consulting and Michael Seaman, Town of Grimsby Director of Planning with reference to the Transit Investigation Study be received.

Resolved that the Administration & Finance Committee recommends that the Transit Investigation Study Final Report be received; and, That the consideration for initiating a 20-month one bus transit pilot program be considered for inclusion in the 2019 consolidated budget; and, That the growth-related portion of the lease, along with future transit capital, be included in a development charge update to the greatest extent possible.

Resolved that Report FCR 17-08 dated November 10, 2017 with reference to the Computer Aided Fire Dispatch Agreement (CAD) - 2018 - 2022 between the Corporation of the City of St. Catharines and the Corporation of the Town of Grimsby be received and that the Committee recommends that the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to sign the agreement.

Resolved that Report FIN 17-21 dated November 9, 2017 with regard to Tax write-offs be received and that the Committee recommends that the total write-offs in the amount of $21,543.18 be approved.

Resolved that the Administration & Finance Committee recommends to Town Council: 1. That Report FIN 17-22, regarding the 2018 Budget Guidelines be received; and, 2. That the budget guidelines, budget schedule, and procedures found in Schedules A and B be approved.

Resolved that the Administration & Finance Committee recommends to Town Council that Report FIN 17-23 regarding the 2017 Interim Statement of Capital be received.

Resolved that the Administration & Finance Committee recommends to Town Council that Report FIN 17-24 regarding the 2016 Reserve and Reserve Fund Balances be received.

Resolved that the Transit Investigation Committee meeting minutes of October 26, 2017 be received.
