Resolved that the Council Minutes of June 6, 2011 be approved.

Resolved that the delegation of Mr. James Santo, Portofina's Restaurant with reference to the Outdoor Patio be received.

Resolved that the delegation of Mr. Michael Chrystian with reference to the patio of Portofina's Restaurant be received.

Resolved that the delegation of Mr. Michael Grosman, owner of 7 Doran Avenue with reference to an application to change zoning of 5 Doran Avenue from TRM to RM3 be received.

Resolved that the Council of the Town of Grimsby lift PD#11-46 from the June 14, 2011 Planning & Development Committee meeting for separate consideration.

Resolved that the Council of the Town of Grimsby request that the Planning & Development Committee reconsider PD#11-46 for property at 5 Doran Avenue, by referring the report back to Planning & Development Committee for consideration of issues raised.

Resolved that the Planning & Development Committee minutes of Tuesday, June 14, 2011 be approved as amended.

Resolved that the Administration & Finance Committee minutes of Monday June 13, 2011 be approved.

Resolved that the Public Works Committee minutes of Wednesday, June 15, 2011 be approved.

Resolved that the Committee of Adjustment minutes of Tuesday, June 7, 2011 be received and filed.

Resolved that the correspondence from Carol Hartill, received May 1, 2011, submitting her resignation from the Grimsby Museum Board be received with regret.

Resolved that the correspondence, received June 16, 2011 submitting the resignation of Ms. Cathy Tekatch from the Library Committee be received with regret.

Resolved that the correspondence from Other Municipalities be received.

Resolved that the correspondence from the Ontario Family Fishing Weekend be received and that Saturday, July 2nd to Sunday, July 10, 2011 be declared as "Ontario Family Fishing Week" in the Town of Grimsby.

Resolved that leave be given to introduce By-laws 11-38, 11-40 & 11-41 and same be now read a first time.

Resolved that By-laws 11-38, 11-40 & 11-41 just read a first time be now read a second and third time and finally passed and that the Mayor and Clerk do sign and seal the same any rule of the Council to the Contrary notwithstanding.
