Resolved that the delegation of Mr. Patrick Gabriel, owner of 320 Ridge Rd. W., Grimsby, with reference to 2009 - 2011 taxes be received.

Resolved that Report FIN 12-17 dated May 10, 2012 with regard to Tax Write-offs be received and that the total write-offs in the amount of $98,308.30 be approved.

Resolved that 1. Report FIN 12-14 dated May 3, 2012 regarding the 2012 Education Tax Levies and Tax Rates be received; and 2. That the tax rates as outlined in Schedule "A" be approved and that the tax levy and tax rates be included in the 2012 Tax Levy and Tax Rate By- law.

Resolved that Report FIN 12-18 dated May 4, 2012 regarding the 2011 Revenue Fund Statement of Operations be received, and that all transfers to and from reserves be approved.

Resolved that Report FIN 12-19 dated May 4, 2012 regarding the 2011 General Capital Fund Statement of Operations be received, and that all transfers to and from reserves be approved.

Resolved that Report FIN 12-20 dated May 4, 2012 regarding the 2011 Environmental Services Revenue Fund Statements of Operations be received, and That the 2011 Sewer and Water surpluses be transferred to their respective reserves, and separate fluctuation reserves be set up to control surpluses or deficits based on Regional true ups to actuals.

Page 4 of 6 Administration & Finance May 14, 2012 Resolved that Report FIN 12-21 dated May 4, 2012 regarding the 2011 Environmental Services Capital Funds Statement of Operations be received, and that all transfers to and from reserves be approved.

Resolved that Report TC-12-10 dated May 10, 2012 with reference to Dog Licensing be received; and That Licensing fees be adjusted to $30. for spayed or neutered dogs until July 31 $35. after July 31 $75. for non-spayed or neutered dogs until July 31 $80. after July 31 And that staff investigate a different funding model for future years.

Resolved that Report FCR 12-04 dated May 10, 2012 be received and that the Fire Chief be authorized to draft a by-law to regulate open air burning relative to agricultural burns and establish conditions for the approval of all other open air burning consistent with the recommendations of this report.

Resolved that Report FCR 12-05 dated May 10, 2012 be received and that the Fire Chief be authorized to finalize the Grimsby Fee for Service By-law and arrange for Notice of the Public in accordance with By-law 07-92.

Resolved that Report TM-12-02 dated May 1, 2012 be received and that the Social Media Policy be endorsed for implementation.

Resolved that correspondence from Mr. & Mrs. Barry Millar, 6 Bal Harbour Drive, Grimsby with reference to dog licensing be received.
