Resolved that the delegation of Terry McDougall of the Alzheimer's Society of Niagara with reference to 2017 Coffee Break campaign be received.

Resolved that Andrew Grunda of Watson & Associates Economists Ltd. and Arunas Kalinaukas of R.J. Burnside & Associates Limited with reference to the Facilities Asset Management Report be received.

Resolved that Remy Fernandez, CEO, Grimsby Power Inc. with reference to an update to Council be received.

Resolved that the Administration & Finance Committee meeting minutes of September 11, 2017 be received and that the recommendations contained therein be approved.

Resolved that the Public Works Committee meeting minutes of September 12, 2017 be received and that the recommendations contained therein be approved.

Resolved that the Planning & Development Committee meeting minutes of September 12, 2017 be received and that the recommendations contained therein be approved.

Resolved that the letter of resignation received from Renee Rebelo regarding her participation on the Grimsby Downtown Improvement Area Board as a board member, be received with regret.

Resolved that the correspondence from the Recycling Council of Ontario regarding a request to proclaim October 16 to 22, 2017 as Waste Reduction Week in Canada be received.

Resolved that the correspondence from Teachers of English as a Second Language Association of Ontario with reference to a request to declare the week of October 29, 2017 to November 4, 2017 as English as a Second Language Week be received.

Resolved that the Correspondence from Other Municipalities be received.

Resolved that leave be given to introduce By-law Nos. 17-77 to 17- 81 inclusive and that same be read a first time.

Resolved that Council meet in Closed Session under Sec. 239(2)(b) of the Municipal Act, 2001, personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees • attendance of members at Planning Committee

Resolved that leave be given to introduce By-law Nos. 17-77 to 17- 81 inclusive read a first time be now read a second and third time and finally passed; and that the Mayor and Town Clerk do sign and seal the same; any rule of Council to the contrary notwithstanding
