Resolved that the Council minutes of May 3, 2010 be approved.

Resolved that Resolution DRS-10-16 of the Recreation Services Committee minutes of April 27, 2010 regarding the BT Partnership be further postponed until a Council meeting in June, 2010.

Resolved that the Administration & Finance Committee meeting minutes of May 10, 2010 be approved.

Resolved that the Public Works Committee meeting minutes of May 12, 2010 be approved.

Resolved that Report PA 10-4 of Resolution P.D.#10-28 of the Planning & Development Committee minutes of May 11, 2010 be lifted for separate consideration.

Resolved that the Proclamation regarding the Grimsby 1812 Bicentennial Peace Garden celebration on May 26, 2010 submitted by Brian Purdy be approved as amended; And further that a copy of the Proclamation be attached to this Resolution as Schedule A.

Resolved that the correspondence from The Ontario Family Fishing Weekend Steering Committee with reference to Ontario Family Fishing Week be received and that July 3 to July 9, 2010 be proclaimed as Ontario Family Fishing Week.

Resolved that the correspondence from The Motorcycle Ride Page 3 of 5 COUNCIL May 18, 2010 for Dad with reference to Prostate Cancer Awareness Week be received and that May 23 - May 30, 2010 be proclaimed as Prostate Cancer Awareness Week.

Andreychuk; Resolved that the correspondence from the Brandee Elliott Education Projects with reference to Good Citizenship Day be received and that June 7, 2010 be proclaimed as Good Citizenship Day in Grimsby.

Andreychuk; Resolved that the correspondence listed as Resolutions from Other Municipalities be received.

Cruickshank; Resolved that leave be given to introduce By-law Nos. 10-34 - 10-39 inclusive and that same be now read a first time.

Resolved that By-law Nos. 10-34 to 10-39 inclusive just read a first time be now read a second and third time and finally passed and that the Mayor and Clerk do sign and seal the same any rule of the Council to the contrary notwithstanding.
