Falconer; Resolved that the Minutes of the Grimsby Museum Board Meeting of Dec 5, 2018 be received for information.

Resolved that the Minutes of the Art Gallery Advisory Board Meeting of Dec. 13, 2018 be received for information and the recommendations within be approved.

Resolved that the Minutes of the Art Gallery Advisory Committee Board Meeting of Jan. 10, 2019 be received for information and the recommendations within be approved.

Falconer; Resolved that the 2019 Staffing Request - Part Time Community Living Partnership Position Report DRS19-01 be received for information and further that the Recreation, Facilities and Culture Committee recommend that $18,000 be included in the draft budget of 2019 to fund the Community Living Partnership position.

Resolved that the Committee recommends: 1. That the Peach King Centre – West Pad Ice Floor Replacement Project Report be received and that the Peach King Centre West Pad Ice Floor Replacement project be included in the 2019 draft capital budget in the amount of Page 3 of 4 Recreation, Facilities & Culture Committee January 17, 2019 $921,150. 2. That the proposal from Schilthuis Construction for $788,850 (plus applicable taxes) be accepted as the preferred vendor, subject to budget approval, and that the Mayor and Town Clerk be authorized to sign the necessary contract documents.

Resolved that the Recreation, Facilities & Culture Committee receive DRS19-03 Grimsby Public Art Gallery - Special Event with Alcohol Report and further recommends that the Grimsby Public Art Gallery Annual Fundraising Auction Event be recognized as an event of municipal significance, and that approval be give to staff to obtain a Special Occasion Permit to serve alcohol at the event.

Falconer; Resolved that the Committee recommends that the Director's Information Report - January 2019 DRS19-04 be received for information.
