Resolved that the Council minutes from February 4, 2013 be approved.

Resolved that the delegation of Donna Herrington, The Herrington Group with reference to the AODA Changes to the Ontario Building Code be received.

Resolved that the Public Works Committee meeting minutes of February 13, 2013 be approved.

Resolved that the Administration & Finance Committee meeting minutes of February 11, 2013 be approved.

Resolved that the Planning & Development Committee meeting minutes of February 12, 2013 be approved.

Resolved that the correspondence from Kin Canada with reference to Kinsmen and Kinettes Week February 17 - 23, 2013 and a request for February 20, 2013 to be declared as Kinsmen and Kinettes Day be received.

Resolved that the correspondence from the City of Welland with reference to the Niagara Hospital System, Welland Hospital and the Greater Niagara General Hospital be received.

Resolved that leave be given to introduce By-law Nos. 13-12 and 13- 13 inclusive and that same be read a first time.

Resolved that leave be given to introduce By-law Nos. 13-12 and 13- 13 inclusive, read a first time be now read a second and third time and finally passed and that Mayor and Clerk do sign and seal the same any rule of Council to the contrary notwithstanding.
