Resolved that the agenda be accepted as amended.

Resolved that the minutes from the January 13, 2021 Board meeting be approved.

Resolved that the minutes from the special Board meeting of January 21, 2021 be approved.

Resolved that Councillor Vaine will sit on the new board member selection committee.

Resolved that the Safety and Conduct of Children Policy Report be brought forward to the March 2021 board meeting.

Resolved that the SOLS/OLS-North letter be received for information.

Resolved that the CEO be directed to send in the letter of support of FOPL/OLA to Ontario's Pre-budget Consultation process.

Resolved that the Librarian's report and the Statistical report be received.

Resolved that the 2020 Budget report be accepted and approved.

Resolved that the Budget report for the period ending January 31, 2021 be accepted and approved.

Resolved that the revised 2021 budget be amended as a result of a clerical error by Town of Grimsby Finance by removing the $2,000 enhancement to online collections and that the process with the Town of budget approval be addressed by the Board Chair and CEO. Resolved that the board approve the sending of this letter of support as amended.

Resolved that the board approve the revised Grimsby Author Series Policy as amended.

Resolved that the board approves the Holiday Closures report as amended.

Resolved that the board receive the Pandemic Library Service Timeline for information.

Resolved that the board receive the Upcoming Events list for information.
