Resolved that the Council meeting minutes for April 15, 2013 be approved.

Resolved that the delegation of Pat Jaskula and Stephen Barker with reference to the Grimsby Purina Walk for Dog Guides be received and that May 26, 2013 be declared as Dog Guide Day.

Resolved that the delegation of Sarah Sweeney, Recreation Coordinator for the Town of Grimsby with reference to demonstrating the new Town of Grimsby website calendar to Members of Council be received.

Resolved that the Grimsby Public Library Board meeting minutes for March 20, 2013 be received.

Resolved that the Grimsby Museum Board meeting minutes of April 3, 2013 be received.

Resolved that the Committee of Adjustment meeting minutes for April 16, 2013 and April 30, 2013 be received and filed.

Resolved that funds in the following amount be distributed from the funds received from Niagara Power Inc. in lieu of Shareholder representative Directors' compensation: CHARITY West Niagara Second Stage Housing $1,500.00 FORT $1,500.00

Resolved that the correspondence from the Township of Wainfleet with reference to Wind Turbine Development be received.

Resolved that the correspondence from The Brandee Elliott Educational Projects be received and that June 7, 2013 be declared as Good Citizenship Day.

Resolved that the correspondence from Tim Hudak, MPP Niagara West-Glanbrook, Ontario PC Leader with reference to The Page 5 of 7 Council May 6, 2013 Preserving Existing Communities Act, 2013, Bill 41 be received.

Resolved that leave be given to introduce By-law Nos. 13-23 to 13- 26 and that same be read a first time.

Resolved that Council meet in Closed Session under Sec. 239 (2)(c) of the Municipal Act 2001, a proposed acquisition or disposition of land by the municipality or local board - Park Planning

Resolved that Council return to Open Session.

Resolved that the Recreation Services Committee meeting minutes for April 30, 2013 be approved.

Resolved that leave be given to introduce By-law Nos. 13-23 to Nos. 13-26 read a first time be now read a second and third time and Page 7 of 7 Council May 6, 2013 finally passed and that the Mayor and Clerk do sign and seal the same any rule of Council the contrary notwithstanding.
