Resolved that Submission A-03/15 by Bryan & Elaine Renneboog, for a Minor Variance of the provisions of By-law 14-45, as amended Section 7.0 Residential Detached (RD2) Zone, to allow for the construction of a one storey garage addition, with a frontyard setback of 8.5 metres, sideyard setback of 1.2 metres, and to allow the garage to project 1.65 metres beyond the front of the porch in a Residential Detached (RD2) Zone at # 12 Oriole Crescent, Grimsby be granted for the following reasons: 1. The Variance is minor in nature. 2. The intent of the Official Plan and Zoning By-law is maintained. 3. The proposal is desirable for the appropriate development of the land.
