Resolved that the Council meeting minutes of May 15, 2017 be approved.

Resolved that Council Report TC 17-09 dated May 25, 2017 be received and that Council consider the following amendments to procedures within the Town to comply with the Report of the recent Ombudsman's investigation referenced in the Ombudsman's Report: 1. That the Procedural By-law be updated to reflect the changes that have been referenced by the Ombudsman in the Ombudsman's Report.

Resolved that the Committee of Adjustment meeting minutes of May 30, 2017 be received and filed.

Resolved that correspondence from the Brandee Elliott Education Projects with reference to the Brandee Elliott Foundation and Good Citizenship Day be received and that June 7, 2017 be proclaimed as Good Citizenship Day.

Resolved that the correspondence from the Minister of Citizenship and Immigration Laura Albanese with reference to the Ontario Medal for Good Citizenship be received.

Resolved that the Resolutions from Other Municipalities be received.

Resolved that the correspondence from the Niagara Region regarding World Hepatitis Day be received and that the request to declare July 28, 2017 as World Hepatitis Day in Grimsby be approved.

Resolved that Council meetings for the months of July and August 2017 begin at 6:30 p.m.

Resolved that the Council of the Town of Grimsby approve the recommendation of the Board of Directors of 1938427 Ontario Inc. (Holdco2) to appoint Michael Goodale to the Board for a 4 year term.

Resolved that leave be given to introduce By-law Nos. 17-57 to 17- 59 inclusive and that same be read a first time.

Resolved that Council meet in Closed Session under Section 239(2)(e) of the Municipal Act; litigation or potential litigation including matters before administrative tribunals, affecting the municipality or local board • Southward Community Park Update

Resolved that the Recreation Services Committee meeting minutes of May 30, 2017 be received and that the recommendations contained therein be approved.

Resolved that leave be given to introduce By-law Nos. 17-57 to 17- 59 inclusive read a first time be now read a second and third time and finally passed; and that the Mayor and Town Clerk do sign and seal the same; any rule of Council to the contrary notwithstanding.
