Resolved that Report DPW15-36 dated June 30, 2015 regarding the Purchase of a Columbarium for Grimsby Mountain Cemetery and Proposal Fees and Charges be received and that quotation by CMC in the amount of $21,450 (plus tax) for the Renaissance Dome – 48 niche Columbarium with fluted sides be accepted and that the Niche Fees and Bronze Plaque and Name Plate Charges as well as the conditions related to the columbarium usage as included herein be approved and included in the Town’s Cemetery By-law.

Dunstall; Resolved that Report DPW15-37, dated July 6, 2015, regarding the Drainage Act – Woolverton Road Drain (Mud Street to the Forty Mile Creek) Final Engineer’s Report be received and the firm of Spriet Associates London Limited be employed to carry out the Final Engineer’s Report in accordance with the Drainage Act at an estimated cost of $23,000.

Resolved that the Notice from the Region of Niagara regarding Park Road road closure from Ridge Road to Main Street East from July Page 3 of 4 Public Works Committee July 15, 2015 23 to July 24, 2015 be received for information and filed for records purposes.

Kadwell; Resolved that the correspondence received from Teresa Mueller, representative of Grimsby Terry Fox Run regarding their event to be held Sunday, September 20, 2015 to request approval to use Town roads per their Route Map subject to all required documents being submitted prior to the event date.

Dunstall; Resolved that the Grimsby DIA minutes of May 19, 2015 be received and filed for records purposes.
