"RESOLVED, That Submission A-13/09 by Losani Homes, for a Minor Variance from the provisions of By-law 71-74, as amended by By-law 06-71, Section 11A, Residential R4 Zone, to legalize a recently constructed single storey dwelling unit with a lot coverage of 42.2% in a Residential R4 Zone at # 30 Udell Way, Grimsby be granted for the following reasons: 1. The Variance is minor in nature. 2. The intent of the Official Plan and Zoning By-law is maintained. 3. The proposal is desirable for the appropriate development of the land."
