Administration Finance Committee

Resolved that the Administration & Finance Committee recommends to Town Council: a) That Report ITSI 19-04 dated October 15, 2019 regarding the Town of Grimsby Asset Management Policy and Strategic Plan be received; and, Page 2 of 3 Administration & Finance Committee October 15, 2019 b) That the Asset Management Policy, appended to this report as Appendix A be approved; and, c) That the Asset Management Team be authorized to submit final documents and Council's endorsement to the Federation of Canadian Municipalities (FCM) as part of the final reporting requirements for the Municipal Asset Management Program (MAMP) to receive funding prior to November 1, 2019.

Resolved that the Administration & Finance Committee recommends to Town Council that Report FIN 19-18, Statement of Operations – 2019 3rd Quarter be received.

Resolved that the Draft of the 2018 Art Gallery Financial Statements be received and approved.

Resolved that the update from the Town CAO regarding the RFP for legal services be approved.

Resolved that the correspondence from the Associations of Municipalities of Ontario with regard to a Report to the Attorney General re: addressing Municipal Liability and Insurance Costs be received.

Resolved that the DIA minutes for July 3, 2019, August 7, 2019 and September 4, 2019 be received as circulated and filed for records purposes.
