Resolved that the update provided by the Director of Public Works with respect to Procedural Matters be received by the Advisory Committee; and That the Advisory Committee acknowledge and accept the resignation of Susan Rigato and Lisa Marleau from the Advisory Committee; and Given that current number of Advisory Committee members exceeds the minimum number of seven (7) voting members, that the vacancies created by the resignations not be filled; and That in accordance with the Terms of Reference for the Active Grimsby Advisory Committee, the position of Committee Chair be opened up annually at the first meeting of the year; and That the position of Committee Chair be appointed to Paul McLenachan for the duration of 2021.
