Resolved that the Council minutes of May 7, 2012 be approved.

Resolved that the presentation by Virginia Stewart, Community Coordinator for Niagara Age-Friendly Community Initiative Project 2010 to 2013 be received.

Resolved that the delegation of Leo Rossetto, Romlee Homes with reference to 133 Main Street East, designation under Part IV of the Ontario Heritage Act be received.

Resolved that the delegation of John Dunstall, Grimsby & District Chamber of Commerce with reference to a Council update on Gateway Niagara be received.

Resolved that the Administration & Finance Committee meeting of May 14, 2012 be approved.

Resolved that the Public Works Committee meeting of May 16, 2012 be approved.

Resolved that the Planning & Development Committee meeting of May 15, 2012 be approved.

Resolved that the Committee of Adjustment meeting of May 15, 2012 be received and filed.

Resolved that authorization be provided for the distribution of funds from Niagara Power Inc. in lieu of Shareholder representative remuneration: WLMH petition delivery

Resolved that funds in the following amount be distributed from the funds received from Niagara Power Inc. in lieu of Shareholder representative Directors' compensation: CHARITY West Niagara Second Stage Housing $1,500.00 FORT $1,500.00

Resolved that the correspondence from the Spina Bifida & Hydrocephalus Association of Ontario be received and that June be proclaimed as Spina Bifida & Hydrocephalus Awareness Month.

Resolved that the Resolutions from Other Municipalities be received.

Resolved that leave be given to introduce By-laws 12-25 and 12-30 to 12-35 and that same be read a first time.

Resolved that By-laws 12-25 and 12-30 to 12-35 read a first time be now read a second and third time and finally passed that the Mayor and Clerk do sign and seal the same any rule of the Council to the contrary notwithstanding.
