Andreychuk “Resolved that the presentation by Mr. Paul Lowes, Sorensen, Gravely, Lowes – Zoning By-law Review – Directions Report be received.”

Johnston; "Resolved that Report P.A. 13-42, regarding zoning amendment application by Branthaven Homes for the removal of holding provisions, Bravo by the Lake Phase 2, be received and that the application be approved. Further, that the draft by-law attached to the report as Appendix "A" be forwarded to Council for passage."

"Resolved that Report P.A. 13-43, regarding an application to remove Part Lot Control for Bravo by the Lake Phase 2, in the On the Lake Estates Subdivision, be received, and that: 1. A By-law to lift Part Lot Control be forwarded to Council for approval following: a) the applicant obtaining zoning conformity for any deficient lots; b) the registration of Phase 2 of the Subdivision; 2. An Amendment to the Subdivision Agreement is hereby approved; and 3. A By-law be passed authorizing the Mayor and Town Clerk to sign the amending agreement on the Town's behalf."

Seaborn; "Resolved that Report P.A. 13-44, regarding an application to remove Part Lot Control for Lake Street Subdivision (26T-16- Page 3 of 4 Planning & Development Committee June 25, 2013 0802), be received, and that: 1. A By-law to lift Part Lot Control be forwarded to Council for approval; 2. An Amendment to the Subdivision Agreement is hereby approved; and 3. A By-law be passed authorizing the Mayor and Town Clerk to sign the amending agreement on the Town's behalf."

Gillespie; "Resolved that Report P.A. 13-45, regarding the recommendation that the Town of Grimsby enter into a Downtown Facade Improvement Grant Agreement with Bill Pachereva at 28 Main Street East be received; And that the Facade Improvement Grant application for 28 Main Street East be approved; And that the associated By-law authorizing the execution of a Downtown Facade Improvement Grant Agreement be forwarded to Council for approval."

Gillespie; “Resolved that Resolution GH 13-11, from the Heritage Advisory Committee minutes of June 18th, 2013, be amended to: Resolved that the Grimsby Heritage Advisory Committee recommends that the Guidelines for Securing Vacant Built Heritage Resources be endorsed by Planning Committee.”
