Resolved that submission A-30-16 by Karen Antonides to allow for the construction of a 81.3 square metre one storey addition including a covered porch with a side yard setback of 1.3 metres and a 12 square metre accessory building with a side yard setback of 1.8 metres in a Rural (RU) Zone at #9 Hunter Road, Grimsby be granted for the following reasons: 1. The Variance is minor in nature. 2. The intent of the Official Plan and Zoning By-law is maintained. 3. The proposal is desirable for the appropriate development of the land.
