Resolved that the delegation of Oz Kemal, MHBC Planning, Urban Design & Landscape Architecture with reference to 150 Main Street East, Grimsby be received.

Resolved that the Council of the Town of Grimsby lift resolution PD14-09 from the February 11, 2014 Planning and Development Committee meeting minutes for separate consideration.

Resolved that the Council of the Town of Grimsby meet in a closed Page 3 of 6 Council February 18, 2014 session under litigation or potential litigation including matters before administrative tribunals, affecting the municipality or local board. Re: 150 Main St. E., (Scotia Bank).

Resolved that the Council of the Town of Grimsby defer Resolution PD-14-09 back to Planning and Development staff for more information.

Resolved that the Planning & Development Committee meeting minutes of February 11, 2014 be approved as amended.

Resolved that the Public Works Committee meeting minutes for February 12, 2014 be approved.

Resolved that the memorandum from J. Hogg, Planner I, Town of Grimsby with reference to 308 Lake Street Zoning Amendment Application be received.

Resolved that correspondence from Donato A. Colangelo of 1671228 Ontario Inc. and Jim Heywood with reference to unopened road allowance on Robinson Street be received.

Resolved that the correspondence from the Town of Pelham with reference to Bazaar Licensing be received.

Resolved the Report TC-14-03 dated February 11, 2014 be received and that the recommendations contained in this report be approved.

Resolved that leave be given to introduce By-law No. 14-12 to 14- 19 inclusive and that same be read a first time.

Resolved that leave be given to introduce By-law No. 14-12 to 14- 19 inclusive read a first time be now read a second and third time and finally passed that the Mayor and Town Clerk do sign and seal the same any rule of Council to the contrary notwithstanding.
