Resolved that Minor Variance Application A35-24 for 66 Cheval Drive, to permit a minimum exterior side yard setback of 1.3 metres, whereas a minimum of 6.0 metres is required, as per section 4.18, Table 2, in Zoning By-law 14-45; to permit an overhang of 0.46 metres into the required exterior side yard, whereas a maximum overhang of 0.25 metres into any required minimum yard is permitted, as per Section 4.18 d) of Zoning By- law 14-45, as amended be approved with conditions.  Town staff will require a plan showing the location of downspout discharge points to confirm all downspout locations will be directed toward the road.

Resolved that Minor Variance Application A34-24 for 31 Diana Avenue, to permit a minimum side yard setback of 0.6 metres, whereas a minimum of 1.8 metres is required, as per section 7, Table 11, in Zoning By-law 14-45, as amended be approved with conditions.  Town staff will require a plan showing the location of downspout discharge points to confirm all downspout locations will be directed toward the road.
