Resolved that Report DPW14-25 dated June 2, 2014 regarding the Award of Contract PWC14-02-320002, Hot Mix Paving Program 2014 be received and that the Director be authorized to award the contract to the low bidder, Associated Paving & Materials Ltd. in the tendered amount of $295,277.50 (excluding H.S.T.) and further that the Director be authorized to carry out the additional work as recommended and further, that the Mayor and the Town Clerk be authorized to execute the contract documents.

Resolved that Report DPW14-26 dated June 3, 2014 regarding Red Haven Drive – Parking Restrictions be received and the following parking restriction be added to By-law 89-2000, Schedule C: Highway Side From To Time Red Haven Drive North Maple Avenue 25 metres Anytime easterly Red Haven Drive South Palmer Road 25 metres Anytime westerly

DiFlavio; Resolved that Report DPW14-27 dated June 3, 2014 regarding the Award of Contract PWC14-02-320032A, Thirty Road Culvert Footing Stabilization be received and the following recommendations be approved: a) That the Director of Public Works be authorized to award the contract to the low bidder, CSL Group Ltd. in the tendered amount of $55,800.00 (excluding G.S.T.) and further, that the Mayor and the Town Clerk be authorized to execute the contract documents; and, b) That the Director of Public Works be authorized to award the contract administration and site inspection work to AMEC Environmental & Infrastructure in the amount of $18,500.00 (excluding H.S.T.) (estimated).

Resolved that the DIA meeting minutes of April 15, 2014 be received for information and filed for records purposes.
