Resolved that Report DPW16-19 dated June 10, 2016, regarding Traffic Safety Reviews – Dorchester Drive, Robinson Street, Nelles Blvd., Elizabeth Street be received and endorsed, and the recommendation to paint a yellow centre line pavement marking on Dorchester Drive from 100 metres east of Baker Road westerly to 50 metres west of Hedge Lawn Drive (West).

Kadwell; Resolved that Report DPW16-20 dated June 10, 2016 regarding the ‘2016 Annual Drinking DWQMS Operational Plan Endorsement’ be received by Town Council and that:  Council endorse the current revision of the DWQMS Operational Plan, dated June 2016;  The Mayor be authorized to sign the current revision of the DWQMS Operational Plan; and  Council re-endorse the existing DWQMS Policy statement.

Bentley; Resolved that Report DPW16-21 dated June 10, 2016 regarding the Award of Contract PWC16-02-320003, 2016 Cold Mix & Surface Treatment Paving Program be received and that the Director be authorized to award the contract to the low bidder, NorJohn Contracting and Paving Ltd. in the tendered amount of $463,232.00 (excluding H.S.T.) and further that the Director be authorized to carry out the additional work as recommended and further, that the Mayor and the Town Clerk be authorized to execute the contract documents.
