Resolved that the Council of the Town of Grimsby consider the Special Council meeting minutes passed on March 11, 2013 to Page 2 of 6 Council April 1, 2013 correct a clerical error made on the roll call and that the minutes be approved as amended.

Resolved that the Council meeting minutes of March 18, 2013 be approved.

Resolved that the delegation of Bruce Manion, Chair of the Grimsby Page 3 of 6 Council April 1, 2013 Active Transportation Committee with reference to the 40 Mile Creek Trail Improvement Project be received.

Resolved that the Public Library Board meeting minutes of February 13, 2013 be received.

Resolved that the Committee of Adjustment meeting minutes of March 26, 2013 be received and filed.

Resolved that the correspondence from Mario Sergio, Minister Responsible for Seniors with reference to the 2013 Senior Achievement Award Program be received.

Resolved that the correspondence from the Association of Municipalities of Ontario with reference to Disbanding the Ontario Municipal Board be received.

Resolved that the correspondence from the Township of Wainfleet with reference to Keeping Asian Carp out of the Great Lakes and St. Lawrence be received.

Resolved that the Council of the Town of Grimsby proclaim May 29, 2013 as the Day of the Honey Bee.

Resolved that Council meet in Closed Session under: Sec.239(2)(d) labour relations or employee negotiations - Employee Negotiations Sec.239(2)(c) a proposed or pending acquisition or disposition of land by the municipality or local board - Community Recreation Sports Complex

Resolved that the Committee return to Open Session.

Resolved that the Committee of the Whole meeting minutes of March 25, 2013 be approved.

Resolved that the Committee of the Whole meeting minutes of March 27, 2013 be approved.

Resolved that the Recreation Services Committee meeting minutes of March 26, 2013 be approved.

Resolved that leave be given to introduce By-law No. 13-18 and that same be read a first time.

Resolved that leave be given to introduce By-law No. 13-18 read a first time be now read a second and third time and finally passed and that the Mayor and Clerk do sign and seal the same any rule of Council to the contrary notwithstanding.
