Transit Investigation Committee

"Resolved that the Grimsby Transit Investigation Committee support the Resolution of the Administration & Finance Committee of July 11th: That Report P.A. 16-26 titled "Consultant Selection, Transit Investigation Study" dated July 11, 2016, be received. And that the Dillon Consulting proposal dated July 8, 2016, in the amount of $49,963 plus the addition of the following supplemental component for the study: - Additional Staff Member for consultations $2,000 For a total of $51,963 plus HST be approved and that the funding for this be obtained from the Council budget contingency reserve. And that a by-law be passed to authorize an Agreement between Dillon Consulting Limited and The Corporation of the Town of Grimsby for a Transit Investigation Study for the Town of Grimsby. Further, that the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to sign the agreement on the Town's behalf."
