Resolved that the Minutes from the Art Gallery Advisory Board Meetings of Feb. 9, 2017, Apr. 13, 2017 and May 11, 2017 be received for information.

Resolved that the Minutes from the Grimsby Museum Board meeting of May 3, 2017 be received for information.

Resolved that Committee recommends that the Carnegie Building Renovation Project Report DRS17-10 be received for information.

Resolved that the Committee recommends that the Filming Policy Report DRS17-11 be approved and that the revised Filming Policy be approved.

Page 3 of 6 Recreation Services Committee May 30, 2017 Resolved that the Committee recommends that the Municipal Alcohol Risk Management Policy Report DRS17-12 be approved and that the revised Municipal Alcohol Policy, dated May 30, 2017, be approved.

Resolved that committee recommends that the Quotation Report - Extended Cab Pickup Truck DRS17-13 be received for information and that the quotation from Parkway Nissan in the amount of $24,957.21 plus applicable taxes be approved.

Resolved that the Quotation Report - 2017 Zero Turn Mower DRS17- 14 be received for information and that the quotation from Ag and Turf in the amount of $12,035.28 plus applicable taxed be approved.

Resolved that the Quotation Report - 2017 Turf Utility Vehicle DRS17-15 be received for information and that the quotation from Ben Burg Equipment in the amount of $12,900.00 plus applicable taxed be approved.

Resolved that the Committee recommends that the FORT Rental Fee Assistance Report DRS17-16 be received and further that FORT receive fee assistance of 50% for 2017.

Resolved that the Committee recommends that the Livingston Activity Centre Building Lease with Niagara Region Report DRS17- 17 be received for information and further that the Mayor and Town Clerk be authorized to sign the lease agreement.

Resolved that the Committee recommends that the Director's Information Report - May 2017 DRS17-18 be received for information.

Resolved that Committee recommends that report DRS17-19 be received for information and that staff be approved to carry out the committed works as outlined in the budget attached which bring the total Capital Project costs for 2017 to $1,307,500.00.

Resolved that the Recreation Services Committee go into Closed Session under Section 239(2)(e) of the Municipal Act; litigation or Page 5 of 6 Recreation Services Committee May 30, 2017 potential litigation including matters before administrative tribunals, affecting the municipality or local board. • Southward Community Park Update

Resolved that the Recreation Services Committee return to open session.
