Resolved that report G.H. 18-02 regarding the application for demolition permit for an accessory building at 400 Main Street West be received: And that the Heritage Grimsby Advisory Committee recommends that Council pass a resolution to allow for the demolition of the subject accessory building prior to the closing of the 60 day notice period required under the Ontario Heritage Act; And that the building be documented with photographic recording prior to demolition to the satisfaction of the Director of Planning.

Resolved that the list of properties included in the June 5, 2018 staff memorandum regarding the proposed additions to the Heritage Register be listed on the Town of Grimsby Municipal Heritage Register.
