Resolved that Submission A-03/13 by Roger & Janet Rankin, to allow for the construction of a 147.4 square metre accessory building (garage) with a Page 5 of 6 Committee of Adjustment January 29, 2013 lot coverage of 8.8% in a Rural Residential RR Zone at # 314 Mountain Road, Grimsby be granted for the following reasons: 1. The Variance is minor in nature. 2. The intent of the Official Plan and Zoning By-law is maintained. 3. The proposal is desirable for the appropriate development of the land.
