Resolved that the Council meeting minutes of April 2, 2018 be approved.

Resolved that the delegation of Dorothy Bothwell with reference to 10 Windward Drive, Grimsby be received.

Resolved that the delegation of Franz Kloibhofer, Senior Planner A.J. Clarke & Associates Ltd., with reference to 10 Windward Drive, Grimsby be received.

Resolved that the Planning & Development meeting minutes of March 20, 2018 be received and that the recommendations contained therein be approved.

Resolved that the Administration & Finance meeting minutes of April 9, 2018 be received and the recommendations contained therein be approved.

Resolved that the Council of the Town of Grimsby lift PD 18-22 from the April 10, 2018 Planning & Development Committee meeting minutes for separate consideration.

Resolved that the Council of the Town of Grimsby return Report PA 18-10 back to the Planning & Development Committee for further consideration of the lot area and gross floor area to be updated to ensure conformity to the Zoning By-law 14-45 and the peer reviewer be asked to attend to comment on site location of building.

Resolved that the Planning & Development meeting minutes of Page 4 of 6 Council April 16, 2018 April 10, 2018 be received and that the recommendations contained therein be approved as amended.

Resolved that the Public Works Committee meeting minutes of April 12, 2018 be received and the recommendations contained therein be approved.

Resolved that the Committee of Adjustment meeting minutes of April 3, 2018 be received and filed.

Resolved that the correspondence from Lou Ann Binning, President, Niagara Regional Labour Council requesting to declare April 28, 2018 as National Day of Mourning be approved.

Resolved that the Resolutions from Other Municipalities be received.

Resolved that leave be given to introduce By-law Nos. 18-22 and 18-23 inclusive and that same be read a first time.

Resolved that leave be given to introduce By-law Nos. 18-22 and 18-23 inclusive read a first time be now read a second and third time and finally passed; and that the Mayor and Town Clerk do sign and seal the same; any rule of Council to the contrary notwithstanding.
