"Resolved that Report P.A. 14-49 regarding zoning amendment application by Manor Sales and Consulting, 133 and 137 Main Street East be received and that the application be approved. Further that the draft by-law attached to the report as Appendix "A" be forwarded to Council for passage."

Further that the draft by-law attached in Appendix "A" be finalized and forwarded to Council for approval following confirmation of the parking requirement to the satisfaction of the Director of Planning."
