Resolved, That Report H.R. 19-06, regarding the Heritage Permit Application at 53 Ontario Street, be received, and that the application be approved, and that the resolution by the Grimsby Heritage Advisory Committee be forwarded to Council for approval.

Resolved, The Heritage Advisory Committee recommends that the property at 122 Main Street East be designated under part IV section 29 of the Ontario Heritage Act; and that the notice of intention to designate be issued in accordance with the act.
