Dunstall; Resolved that Report DPW15-46 dated September 29, 2015 regarding the Emerald Ash Borer – Ash Tree Infestation Policy be approved and the resulting costs be included in the 2016 Public Works Budget for Council Approval.

Kadwell; Resolved that Report DPW15-47 dated October 6, 2015 regarding the release of the 10% Construction Lien Holdback, and the 2% One-Year Maintenance Holdback – Contract PWC15-02-320078, Diana Avenue Road Reconstruction be received, and that the Director be authorized to release the 10% Construction Lien Holdback in the amount of $22,818.53 (Excluding HST) and further release the 2% One-Year Maintenance Holdback in the amount of $4,563.71 (Excluding HST) when due on August 10, 2016 to O’Hara Trucking and Excavating subject to any deficiencies being rectified.
