Resolved that Submission A-19/18 by 2659258 Ontario Inc, to legalize a new proposed lot area for part 2 being 715.48 square metres and a new lot frontage for proposed part 3 being 18.28 metres as the result of proposed consent to sever application (B-07, 08/18) in a Low Density Residential (RD 2.25) zone at #4 Strathearn Avenue, Grimsby be granted for the following reasons: 1. The Variance is minor in nature. 2. The intent of the Official Plan and Zoning By-law is maintained. 3. The proposal is desirable for the appropriate development of the land.
