Ramos to allow for the construction of a 5.2 x 7.3 metre addition, with a rear yard setback of 2.2 metres, and a side yard setback of 1.5 metres for a 2.4 x 3.08 metre enclosed front entrance in a Transitional Residential Multiple TRM Zone at # 379 Elizabeth Street, Grimsby be granted for the following reasons: Page 3 of 4 Committee of Adjustment February 19, 2013 1. The Variance is minor in nature. 2. The intent of the Official Plan and Zoning By-law is maintained. 3. The proposal is desirable for the appropriate development of the land.
