Resolved that the delegation of Dennis Kar, Project Manager, Dillon Consulting regarding the Town of Grimsby, Transit Investigation Study be received.

Resolved that the delegation of Deputy Chief Bill Thomson (Grimsby), Deputy Chief Kevin McIntyre (West Lincoln) and Deputy Chief Bill Blake (Lincoln) regarding purchasing of Self Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA) be received.

Resolved that Report FCR 16-10 dated December 9, 2016 with reference to the purchase of new MSA Self Contained Breathing apparatus (SCBA) be received and that the Fire Chief be authorized to purchase new 2017 SCBA $350,000 (excluding taxes) from A.J. Stone from Vaughan, Ontario.

Resolved that Report TC-16-19 dated November 25, 2016 be received and that the Administration & Finance Committee recommend to Council that the method of voting for the 2018 Municipal Election selected is internet, telephone and a polling location at Town Hall.

Resolved that Report TC 16-20 dated November 28, 2016 be received and that the Administration & Finance Committee recommend that the attached By-law be forwarded to Council for consideration.

Resolved that Report TC 16-21 dated December 1, 2016 be received and that the Administration & Finance Committee recommend that the fee for a formal complaint under the Town of Grimsby's Code of Conduct remain at $200.

Resolved that the Committee recommends that the 2017 Recreation, Facilities and Culture Department Maintenance Staffing Request Report DRS16-25 be received and that the staffing request as outlined in this report be considered in the 2017 budget.

Resolved that Report P.A. 16-46 Planning Department Staffing dated December 12, 2016 be received; and Page 4 of 5 Administration & Finance Committee December 12, 2016 That a new full-time position of Deputy Director of Planning be considered for inclusion in the 2017 budget; and That a new part-time (one day per week), contract position of Heritage Research/Communications/Marketing Assistant be considered for inclusion in the 2017 budget.

Resolved that the Administration & Finance Committee recommends to Council that Report FIN 16-32 regarding the Fire Station 2 and Training Centre Budget Amendment be received and that funding for the Fire Station 2/Training Centre project be approved as outlined in this report.

Resolved that the Transit Investigation Committee recommends that the Draft Interim Report be received and that the Consultant be requested to proceed with Phase II of the Transit Investigation Study - Service Design and Financial Plan.
