Resolved that Submission A-30/15 by Stephen & Natalie Brogan, for a Minor Variance of the provisions of By-law No. 14-45 Main Street (MS) Zone Section 7, to allow for the construction of a new 1 1/2 storey detached dwelling, with a lot coverage of 32%, and a building height of 9.5 metres in the Main Street (MS.15) Zone at #155 Main Street West, Grimsby be granted approved with conditions for the following reasons: 1. The Variance is minor in nature. 2. The intent of the Official Plan and Zoning By-law is maintained. 3. The proposal is desirable for the appropriate development of the land. Subject to the following conditions: 1. That Site Plan approval be obtained for the proposed development of the subject property.
