Resolved that the Minutes of the Grimsby Public Art Gallery Advisory Board of June 11, 2015 be received for information.

Resolved that the Chestnut Drive Park Playground Equipment Report DRS15-11 be received and further that the quotation in the amount of $36,282 plus applicable taxes from Playpower LT Canada Inc. for the supply and installation of a creative play structure and swing set be accepted.

Resolved that the FORT Jim Wright Memorial Recreation Fund Rental Fee Assistance Report DRS15-12 be received and further that FORT receive our maximum fee assistance of 75% and their rental fee be refunded accordingly.

Page 3 of 5 Recreation Services Committee July 14, 2015 Resolved that the Livingston Activity Centre Auditorium Storage Addition Report DRS15-13 be received and that the quotation in the amount of $66,463 plus applicable taxes for the construction of a 10’ x 40’ storage area from Tarbutt Construction LTD be accepted.

Resolved that Southward Community Park – Transformation, Metering, High Voltage Hardware and Hydro Connection Report DRS15-14 be received and further that the purchase of the primary hydro service hardware, connection and installation from Grimsby Power for be approved.

Resolved that the Quotation Report – New Crew Cab Pickup Truck/Plow DRS15-15, be received for information and that the low quotation from Parkway Nissan in the amount of $35,569.45 plus applicable taxes and less trade for a 2015 Nissan Frontier pickup truck with snow plow be approved, as per the 2015 Capital Budget.

Resolved that the email correspondence from Ross Matheson of the Grimsby Lincoln News dated July 8, 2015 regarding Readers Selection 2015 - Town of Grimsby's Day Camp Platinum Award and the PKC Fitness Centre's Gold Award be received for information.
