Resolved that for financial purposes, the following people be authorized as signing authorities for the Corporation of the Town of Grimsby: Robert N. Bentley, Mayor or Alderman Steve Berry, Deputy Mayor, together with Keith Vogl, Town Manager or Steven Gruninger, Director of Finance & Treasurer or Norene Broome, Deputy Treasurer; And further that in accordance with By-law 10-79, being a By-law to appoint a Deputy Mayor for the term 2010 to 2014 for a six month term, the Deputy Mayor as signing authority be amended as follows, effective on the dates shown: December 1, 2010 to May 31, 2011 - Alderman S. Resolved that By-law Nos. 10-79 and 10-80 inclusive just read a first time be now read a second and third time and finally passed and that the Mayor and Clerk do sign and seal the same any rule of the Council to the contrary notwithstanding.
