Resolved that Submission A-03/12 by Jonathan & Jenny Carpio, to allow for the construction of a 3.1 x 4.0 metre addition, and a 3.1 x 4.0 metre deck to an existing dwelling as an extension of a legal non-conforming use in a General Commercial C3 Zone at # 18 Murray Street, Grimsby be granted for the following reasons: Page 3 of 4 Committee of Adjustment March 6, 2012 1. The Variance is minor in nature. 2. The intent of the Official Plan and Zoning By-law is maintained. 3. The proposal is desirable for the appropriate development of the land.
